1. company registration /proprietorship/GST registration /Trade licence registration / MSME. Any one
2. company address proof electric bill or current account cheque book front leaf scan for verified address
3. owner id proof only one.
4. sale or purchase invoice any one.
5. nature of business on letter head.

All documents must be attested with signature and company stamp.
